Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AgoFact (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is for students and members of participating academic institutions. You must sign up with an eligible academic email (or a Google account on such an email) and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activity; no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; and no uploading of content you don’t have the right to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the study materials and apps you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you upload and publish.

Some features are offered through the monthly or yearly Viewer subscription processed by Stripe. Prices, localized currency, and billing terms are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Study apps are generated by AI from your inputs and may contain errors or omissions. The Service is provided for study assistance and is not a substitute for official course materials or professional advice.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgoFact is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
